A natural next step

For Enrico, partnership represents the natural progression of a career he has spent the past decade building at Briar House. Having joined the practice in 2015 and progressed to Head Veterinary Surgeon, he has taken an increasingly leading role in developing the practice and supporting its team.

With a long-standing ambition to become a partner, regular conversations with DNA helped create a pathway for Enrico to move beyond employment and take genuine ownership in the practice he had helped build.

Now with an equity stake in Briar House, Enrico has the opportunity to continue shaping the practice’s future, supporting his team and developing the services available to pets and their owners in the local community.

Investing in an exciting future

The partnership comes at an exciting time for Briar House, with £750,000 of investment supporting a major expansion of the practice.

A new CT scanner – the only one in the local area – has been installed alongside additional theatres, consultation rooms and kennel space. The expansion has nearly doubled the size of the clinic, creating greater capacity for the team and enabling Briar House to offer more to pets and their owners.
