Best Vets in London, Kent and Greater London 2023
We were absolutely elated to be recognised as the Best Vets in London for Streatham Hill Veterinary Surgery for the third year in a row, Best Vets in Kent for Briar House Veterinary Surgery and Best Vets in Greater London for Abingdon Veterinary Surgery in 2023. These awards are special as they are solely based on reviews by our clients and reflect the care and commitment of our incredible surgery team.
These awards are extremely prestigious as they reflect our clients’ satisfaction and the care we put into our work to always provide the best service possible.
We have been so fortunate to win over the years with our surgeries being made Best Vets in London three years in a row. In 2022, we had the immense honour to win Best Vets in Kent in 2022, coming 3rd in the UK that year.
In 2021, we also won Best Vets in Surrey and in 2019 Best Vet Practice for Lakeview Veterinary Surgery.
2018 saw us awarded with the prestigious Vet Help Direct gold award for Best UK Vet, a truly special achievement that demonstrates the team’s true dedication to customer.
We are very proud of our surgeries and these awards mean a lot to us as they are solely based on clients’ feedback.
Practice Standards Scheme
All of our surgeries are proud members of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeries (RCVS) Practice Standards Scheme. The accreditation is only given to practices that meet the high standards set by the RCVS.
The Practice Standards Scheme (PSS) is a voluntary initiative to accredit veterinary practices in the UK. Through setting standards and carrying out regular assessments, the Scheme aims to promote and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care.
All of our surgeries undergo rigorous inspections every and uphold a minimum of standards including hygiene, staff training, equipment and patient care. This ensures high standards of care for pets and peace of mind for pet owners.
The practice strongly encourages continuing professional development, with ongoing staff appraisals and training for all members of the practice. Providing good customer and patient care is of the utmost importance to everyone at the practice.
International Cat Care – Cat Friendly Clinic
Three of our independent surgeries have been awarded the Cat Friendly Clinic Status by International Cat Care. The ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic accreditation is an internationally-recognised award and means that we have met criteria to help minimise stress to your cat in our clinics.
